Education and Training Investment Forum

Organized by the Ministry of Education, the Education and Training Investment Forum (ETIF) is a national investment platform that convenes leaders, policymakers, investors, and local and international experts to shape the future of education and training in the Kingdom. Its second edition ran in Riyadh on 25-26 January 2026, with dialogue sessions and specialized workshops on investment opportunities, innovative financing models, and public-private partnership across the sector, in line with the Human Capability Development Program and the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.

Infra took part with a dedicated booth, where the team met investors, operators, and education providers to introduce the Social Infrastructure Financing Program (SIFP). Designed to widen private participation in healthcare and education, SIFP offers co-financing and credit guarantee solutions that improve project bankability and make it viable for developers and lenders to deliver the schools, campuses, and training facilities needed across the Kingdom.

Participation reflects Infra's mandate to work alongside partners across the infrastructure ecosystem, unlocking capital for the assets that underpin long-term human capability development.
