Momentum Development Finance Conference

Organized by the National Development Fund under the theme "Where Development Finance Meets Action," Momentum 2025 was the Kingdom's first Development Finance Conference, held at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh from 9 to 11 December 2025.
Across three days, it convened ministers, investors, operators, and innovators for dialogue, partnership announcements, and knowledge exchange on the future of development finance and its role in advancing Saudi Vision 2030.
Infra used the platform to launch the Social Infrastructure Financing Program (SIFP), designed to attract private investment into healthcare and education through co-financing and credit guarantee solutions, and welcomed visitors to its booth to learn how the program works and who can apply.
Infra also signed a series of agreements and memoranda of understanding over the course of the conference, including a strategic MoU with the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP).
