The National Infrastructure Fund (Infra) and The Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD) have signed an MoU during IsDB Group Annual Meetings held at King Faisal Convention Center, InterContinental Riyadh, from April 27th to 30th of this year.
The memorandum aims to enhance exploration of joint investment and financing opportunities to support the delivery of critical infrastructure projects by working to attract local and international investors to participate in infrastructure projects within the Kingdom. The agreement was signed by Infra Chief Executive Officer Eng. Esmail AlsallInfra and ICD acting Chief Executive Officer Eng. Hani Salem Sonbol. The agreement aims to facilitate:
- Exploration of joint investment and financing opportunities for infrastructure projects in the Kingdom.
- Establishing institutional collaboration and facilitating knowledge exchange between Infra and ICD.
- Attraction of local and international investors to participate in infrastructure projects within the Kingdom.
