As part of the Saudi Arabia–Canada Investment Forum 2026, held in Jeddah and attended by the Rt. Hon. Mark Carney, Prime Minister of Canada, the National Infrastructure Fund (Infra) participated in the Saudi Arabia–Canada Roundtable, where infrastructure featured as a key theme in the dialogue on industrial growth, project finance, and long-term economic transformation.
Infra’s CEO, Eng. Esmail bin Mohammad Alsallom, highlighted the importance of building an integrated infrastructure investment ecosystem – one that goes beyond project finance to mobilize foreign and institutional capital, deepen private sector participation, and develop innovative financing solutions that bring strategic projects to market with greater scale and efficiency – with broad participation from investors and business leaders of both countries.
