Empowering Saudi Arabia's Contracting Ecosystem
The program is a strategic initiative designed to support medium-to-large local contractors and strengthen the Kingdom's contracting sector, offering financing solutions in collaboration with partner financial institutions.
The program encourages partner financial institutions to lend to the contracting sector by covering up to 50% of bank facilities under specific contracts, de-risking lender exposure.

Program Objectives
Solidify the contracting sector as being key to achieving Vision 2030 contributing to the Kingdom's future ambitions.
Develop the capabilities of the contracting sector in the Kingdom through elevating its financial capacity and enhancing governance in alignment with best practices.
Incentivize the banking sector's financing of contracting companies and expand their financing capacity towards the contracting sector and the targeted segments.
Key Highlights
The program supports medium-to-large local contractors executing national projects valued between 200 million and 1.25 billion.
Application
The contractor submits a financing request through a partner financial institution and signs a consent form authorizing the institution to begin due diligence and share relevant information with Infra.
Assessment
The partner financial institution conducts initial due diligence against the program's standards and eligibility conditions.
Infra Endorsement
Infra reviews the case and provides its endorsement to the partner financial institution, followed by execution.

How to Apply
Contractors apply through their Relationship Manager at one of Infra's partner financial institutions.
