Contractor Financing Program
Empowering Saudi Arabia's Contracting Ecosystem
The program is a strategic initiative designed to empower medium to large-sized contractors and strengthen the Kingdom’s contracting ecosystem by offering innovative financing solutions for contractors in collaboration with partner financial institutions (PFI).
The programs encourages PFIs to support the construction sector, by covering up to 50% of PFIs/banks’ facilities under specific contracts thus de-risking lender exposure.
Program Objectives
Strengthen the construction sector's role as a key contributor to achieving the goals of Vision 2030
Enhance the construction sector's capabilities by improving contractors' financial efficiency, expanding their potential, and focusing on governance principles aligned with local and international best practices to uplift the sector's standards
Key Highlights
Medium to large-sized contractors executing national projects valued between 200 million – 1.25 billion.
Application
The contractor submits a financing request through a PFI and signs a consent/application authorizing the bank to initiate initial due diligence and share relevant information with Infra.
Assessment
The PFI conducts initial due diligence based on the program’s standards and eligibility conditions.
Infra Endorsement
Infra reviews the case and provides its endorsement/opinion to the PFI, to be followed by the execution process.

To qualify for support under the program, contractors must meet the program's eligibility criteria as well as its terms and conditions.
