Through innovative financing solutions with tenor up to 15 years

Blended Financing (Co-Financing)
Infra’s participation: up to 40% of the loan amount
Infra’s maximum participation: ⃁ 350mn
Infra’s minimum participation: ⃁ 15mn
Partial Credit Guarantee
Infra’s coverage: up to 50% of the loan amount
Infra’s maximum coverage: up to ⃁ 100mn
Infra’s minimum coverage: ⃁ 15mn

The selection of the suitable product is determined by Infra based on the specific conditions of each project.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 3 years of business operations for the borrower, sponsor, or operator
Minimum project size: ⃁ 30mn
Commercial entity type: LLC, JSC, simplified JSC, or NPO
Minimum Nitaqat rating: Medium Green

Additional Incentives

Strategic Target Market

Projects meeting The Strategic Target Market of Healthcare and Education are are eligible for an additional overage/participation of up to 20% at the sole discretion of Infra.
